Did Quen just squashed his electric cigarette because of the baby stealing accusation?
He said he wouldn't lie to Corelle and made this one sound ridiculous, but... *shiver*

Unless I'm reading this wrong, it seems that the cigarette was crushed after Corelle mentioned that rumor. I think he crushed it while Corelle was talking about how Back to Basics left her to die, then took advantage of her, only for them to humiliate and assault her in front of a crowd.
Quentin's expression seems to be a mixture of shock and fury, but the crushed cigarette may indicate that this isn't just upsetting him because Corelle's telling him all the horrible things they did to HER, it's likely he was in a situation similar to her's and he's currently remembering it as she's describing what she went through. It's possible that more information about this will be revealed in either the next few pages or in another chapter, but this is my theory for now.

Well, as Corelle said, they didn't notice she was dying - even Corelle didn't know that she was dying, she only knew that her hands were getting worse and worse.
I may be wrong but I see no fury in his body language in the first panel.
By the way, I had never heard of brain tissue transplants - IMHO that
a thing to freak out about. Searching the internet yielded some hints that it might be considered to help with Parkinson's but it seems not to be a routine treatment.
Considering the last panel it seems more likely than not that the face-stabbing one is true. I have to admit that I'm kinda afraid to find out what else is true.

I love that last panel framing.

It seems likely to me that the breaking his medstick is that the very idea of what she went through is hitting him. Add to it the fact that he sees himself turning her more into what he has become instead of her innocent beginning. Basically it is like he is turning the mystical unicorn into a regular horse.

Mark n, you are the first one on this site and on the DA page to understand what Quen's thinking.

There is a typo, for when the correcting of things gets this far. Minorty instead of minority.
BTW is there any guess when and if the story will continue? It is interesting, and I see a trace of Corelle in my self - the taking of things literally in the incorrect manner.
